A naming ceremony is a special celebration to introduce your baby/child to the world.
As a naming celebrant, I will meet your family, get to know you, and write a script to fit your wishes for the day. A naming or welcoming ceremony can be done at any location you choose. Special elements, readings, and music can be discussed to fit your theme.
Your naming ceremony script will tell your family's story, what you wish for in your future together. It can include readings, music, symbolic elements. We will also talk about your little one and what you've learnt about them so far, their names meaning, make parent promises, you can even choose some life guides too!
I usually write an acrostic poem too using their name which can be used as part of your ceremony or as a keepsake!

We will send drafts back and forth until you're 100% happy with your naming ceremony!
Meg will also start designing your wedding ceremony stationery.
